“I’ve yet to find someone who wakes up one morning and says, ‘I want to be homeless, an alcoholic, or a junkie.’”— Fin Dalton
Most people look at the streets and see only struggle, but I see a harvest field.
Our mission through C.O.P.E. Christian Outreach Programme Evangelism
goes beyond providing a hot drink or a warm meal—it is about introducing the lost and the vulnerable to the one person who can truly change a life: Jesus Christ.
What You Will Find Here: This blog is a place to keep up with everything we do at C.O.P.E.—whether we are out on the streets or working behind the scenes to keep the ministry running. You will find:
- Ministry News & Updates: How we are serving the local community.
- Outreach: What we are doing and where.
- Stories of Transformation: A selection of backstories from individuals we meet. shared anonymously for safety & privacy
- Help: Plus helpful guides and links
The Holy Spirit guides our team every day as we connect with the homeless & vulnerable, offering support, kindness, and the truth of the Word.
You have to mean it from the bottom of your heart, but if you ask, Jesus will save you too! What have you got to lose?

We believe there is almost always a deep-seated reason for a person’s life demise. In the heart of our bustling city, we cross paths with individuals whose lives tell stories of struggle, resilience, and hope. Each encounter deepens my own faith and reminds me why this ministry is vital.
Join us as we share the radical news that no matter how far you’ve fallen;
Jesus is ready to save you.
